All The Signs Are Here
A tactical design has built-in warning signs to alert drivers to potential breaches of safety and the tyre setup. It’s part of a comprehensive and systematic approach to making sure every tyre is geared for maximum returns. The best explorers are well-prepared and know to recognise the warning signs, now you can too.
If the tyre tread wears unevenly over the first 1000 kilometres, the Visual Alignment Indicator Technology will alert you there’s an issue with the tyre setup. With the opportunity to take corrective action before tyre wear is compromised, tyre longevity is ensured.
When the tyre finally does wear down, a Replacement Tyre Monitor will notify you of the need for action. When the round cloud indicator disappears, the tyre is no longer suitable for wet road use (3mm). Then the sun icon disappears, it’s time for new tyres as the tread is at the legal minimum (1.6mm).
